Retreat Overview
What does retreat mean?
The word retreat means to withdraw, to stop, to pause. The perfect break for body, mind and soul and enriches you in many different ways. Through intensive practice you will come back to yourself and find your strength and your center. Treat yourself to a break to recharge your batteries, experience new impulses, step out of your comfort zone, have time for your yoga practice, get to know new aspects, establish new routines, feel a loving community.
In addition to relaxation and beneficial exercises, which you can continue to practice at home later, the retreats offer you much more: For example, you gain valuable background knowledge on yoga and other topics. You will also receive useful tips that are suitable for you. In addition, the retreats also give you enough space for long walks and nice exchanges with other participants.
